★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa da qual sou cliente me indicou procurar o dono da loja para fazer a compra do material, o mesmo não foi muito atencioso, já foi logo chamando um vendedor para me atender antes mesmo que eu pudesse falar algo a mais....mas até ai ok. foram bons em negociar o preço e o prazo para entrega, e cumpriram com o prometido, além disso a equipe que entregou foram muito profissionais e rápidos, porem estou tendo um problema, na entrega faltou material que inclusive eu mesmo vi na hora e avisei o entregador, o mesmo me informou que durante a semana entregaria, bom já se passaram duas semana, já liguei varias vezes para o vendedor que me atendeu, e a unica coisa que recebi foi ele dizer todas vez que já era pra ter sido entregue e que vai verificar com o gerente, enquanto isso eu estou aguardando, já indo para a terceira semana

Mais hoje dia 28/08 entregaram os matérias e ficou faltando um arame, é pouca coisa mais eu comprei e paguei, enfim.
Liguei e falei com funcionário que me atendeu e disse q tinha me entregado, mais única coisa q entregou foi nota fiscal e alguns cupons, sai com as mãos vazias, me disse q ia olhar nas câmeras p comprovar se eu levei ou não. Me senti mal com situação pois parece q eu queria roubar o arame. Deus me livre eu sou uma pessoa honesta, não preciso roubar nada. Pois tudo que tenho é fruto do meu suor trabalho não preciso roubar.
Falei com a Gerente e ela foi um pouco grossa, e queria que eu fosse buscar, como pedi p me entregar e não tenho tempo, ela disse que vai pedir p algum entregar, estou no aguardo.

I spoke to the Manager and she was a little rude, and she wanted me to go get it, as I asked to deliver myself and I don't have time, she said she's going to ask someone to deliver it, I'm waiting.
