★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo 99food. O app informou que levaria 40 minutos para entregar.
Uma hora e meia depois, eu liguei na pizzaria e informaram que estavam esperando o motoboy.
Uma hora depois o pedido havia sumido do app da 99food. Liguei para saber a respeito, a pessoa não soube informar sobre meu pedido. Nesse exato momento eu pedi para cancelar.
Meia hora depois a pizza chega, três horas depois, pedi para voltar, porque já havia pedido uma pizza em outro lugar e que chegou primeiro do que a primeira solicitada.
I ordered 99food. The app said it would take 40 minutes to deliver.
An hour and a half later, I called the pizzeria and they said they were waiting for the courier.
An hour later the order was gone from the 99food app. I called to inquire about it, the person was unable to inform about my request. At that very moment I asked to cancel.
Half an hour later the pizza arrives, three hours later, I asked to come back, because I had already ordered a pizza elsewhere and it arrived earlier than the first requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria ter o que avaliar, mas infelizmente depois de mais de uma hora depois do tempo de entrega aguardando, entrei em contato e disseram que era culpa da plataforma Uber eats. Enfim, se todo pedido com a Uber eats der essas problema, seria melhor não atenderem nessa plataforma, já que aparentemente lendo outros comentários não é um problema pontual.
Dizem que o sabor é ótimo, mas não peçam pela Uber eats, pq se não é certeza de frustração.
I wanted to have something to evaluate, but unfortunately after more than an hour after the waiting time for delivery, I got in touch and they said it was the fault of the Uber eats platform. Anyway, if every order with Uber eats gives you these problems, it would be better not to answer on that platform, since apparently reading other reviews is not a one-off problem.
They say the taste is great, but don't ask for Uber eats, because if you're not sure of frustration.

Pedimos esfirras doces e salgadas. A salgada veio com o recheio da de chocolate misturado e ficou com gosto doce. Os morangos vieram uma bagunça. Tinha um plástico separando as esfirras doces e salgadas, de forma bem porca. Alem disso, a esfirra de chocolate não era de chocolate e sim de cobertura de chocolate.
I asked for iFood.
We ordered sweet and savory spirras. The salty one came with the chocolate filling mixed in and tasted sweet. Strawberries came a mess. There was a plastic separating the sweet and salty saffrons, in a very nutty way. Also, the chocolate sfirra was not chocolate but chocolate icing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz um pedido com eles pelo ifood, paguei e aceitaram o pedido. 20 minutos depois cancelaram e nem deram satisfação. Realmente o atendimento é péssimo e jamais pediria lá de novo ou recomendaria.
Terrible attendance. I placed an order with them on ifood, paid and they accepted the order. 20 minutes later they canceled and didn't even give satisfaction. The service is really terrible and I would never ask for it again or recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza, já recebi massa crua, Pizza virada, uma parte sem queijo, esfiha ok, nada de mais. Fora que demora uma eternidade para entregar, se vc retirar no local eles entregam em 15 min, pedidos normalmente dão 50/60 min para entregar mas demora muito mais.
Pizza, I already received raw dough, Pizza turned, a part without cheese, esfiha ok, nothing much. Besides that it takes forever to deliver, if you pick it up on site they deliver in 15 min, orders usually take 50/60 min to deliver but it takes much longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência, fizemos um pedido 01/01/21 pelo i food, onde o mesmo foi aceito, o pedido foi feito as +ou - 21:00 com entrega prevista para as 22:00... eram 23:00 e não tivemos nenhum comunicado da pizzaria, ao entrar em contato não haviam visto nosso pedido ficaram nos enrolando, depois falaram que o moto boy teve um imprevisto, tentamos contato por telefone não fomos atendidos, depois de um bom tempo foi nos dado um retorno via WhatsApp que a pizza já estaria a caminho, e, mais uma vez era mentira, resultado ficamos uma criança até as 00:00 esperabdo por uma pizza que ao meu ver jamais chegaria aqui, não recomendo .
I had a bad experience, we placed an order on 01/01/21 through i food, where it was accepted, the order was placed at + or - 21:00 with delivery scheduled for 22:00... it was 23:00 and We didn't have any communication from the pizzeria, when they got in touch they hadn't seen our order they kept rolling us, then they said that the moto boy had an unforeseen, we tried to contact by phone we were not answered, after a long time we were given a return via WhatsApp that the pizza would already be on its way, and, once again, it was a lie, as a result we were a child until 00:00 waiting for a pizza that in my view would never arrive here, I don't recommend it.
