★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempro vou na Depyl action do shop da ilha, mas o atendimento vem piorando muito, ainda mais na questão da filas, em especial a do design de sobrancelhas. Muita demora e nenhuma praticidade e eficiência no quesito saber lidar com mais de um cliente por vez. As funcionárias não procuram saídas fáceis para amenizar a espera de outras clientes que podem ficar 1, 2, 3 horas em espera por um único serviço de minutos. Até quando a fila é pequena, existe muita demora envolvida. Me decepcionei hoje. Me fizeram esperar por uma hora, puseram uma pessoa na minha frente e quando a própria cliente acha uma saída fácil para que as duas clientes saiam satisfeitas, a funcionária ignora e me põe em espera novamente. Me retirei do local educadamente mas muito decepcionada. Perderam uma cliente e uma divulgadora do serviço de vocês hj. Pq como vocês sabem, a melhor propaganda é a boca do povo. Não contem mais comigo para comentários positivos sobre o trabalho de vocês. Passar bem.
I am always in the Depyl action of the island's shop, but the service is getting much worse, especially in queuing, especially eyebrow design. Too much delay and no practicality and efficiency in the area of dealing with more than one customer at a time. Employees do not look for easy ways out to make waiting for other customers who can wait for 1, 2, 3 hours waiting for a single service minutes. Even when the queue is small, there is a lot of delay involved. I was disappointed today. They made me wait for an hour, they put a person in front of me and when the client herself finds an easy way out for both clients to leave satisfied, the employee ignores and puts me on hold again. I left the place politely but very disappointed. They lost a client and a promoter of your service hj. As you know, the best advertisement is the mouth of the people. Do not count on me any more for positive comments about your work. Have fun.
