★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes no Viva do Shopping da ilha no fim de novembro e hoje p/ emissão e recebimento de 1ª via de RG e foi tudo muito rápido. Não passei nem 10 minutos até minha senha ser chamada e pra receber foi mais rápido ainda o tempo de espera.Funcionários prestativos no atendimento presencial e via telefone tb! Estão de parabéns!
 I went twice in the Island Shopping Viva in late November and today p / issue and receipt of 1st copy of RG and it was all very fast. I did not spend even 10 minutes until my password was called and to receive was even faster waiting time. Staff helpful in face-to-face and via phone tb! They are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local aberto, várias cabines que agilizam o trabalho, fui atendida por um profissional super educado e atencioso. Entretanto, da última vez que eu fui , senti falta de uma sinalização mais visível nas "alas" , inclusive na recepção.
Open place, several booths that speed up the work, I was attended by a super polite and attentive professional. However, the last time I went, I missed a more visible sign in the "wings", including the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser somente um número para da informações (3246-9209) eles não atendem, a não ser que ligue cedo, umas 8h. Prefira ir pessoalmente se for para pegar algum documento, pois eles falam que não tem previsão, que tem que ligar, e depois de uma semana de feito o procedimento quando a pessoa vai pessoalmente, ver que está pronto e pela ligação eles continua dizer que não tem previsão.
In addition to being just a number for information (3246-9209) they do not answer, unless you call early, about 8 am. Prefer to go in person if you want to pick up a document, because they say they have no plans, that they have to call, and after a week of doing the procedure when the person goes in person, see that it is ready and by the call they continue to say no It has forecast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui no sábado dia 26/12/2020 receber meu RG. como informado que ficaria pronto e o Senhor na portaria informou enfaticamente e grosseiro que já havia encerrado. eram 11h39. Fiquei na porta de vidro e uma outra funcionária me deixou entrar, afinal o horário é até as 12h. Infelizmente não ficou pronto meu RG. :( Agora tento ligar para saber dele e não atendem. Difícil!
I went on Saturday 26/12/2020 to receive my ID. as informed that it would be ready and the Lord at the gatehouse emphatically and crudely informed that it had already closed. it was 11:39 am. I stayed at the glass door and another employee let me in, after all the time is until 12pm. Unfortunately my ID was not ready. :( Now I try to call to find out about him and they don't answer. Difficult!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site não está funcionando para agendar e não tem nenhuma informação da indisponibilidade. Ligação pelo telefone fixo, ninguém atende. Dessa forma fica difícil o usuário conseguir atendimento no viva.
