★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda no dia 24/05/21, realizei o pagamento e enviei o comprovante, entregaram na portaria do meu prédio dia 26/05/21, para minha surpresa faltava um dos três produtos encomendados, ligamos várias vezes e o telefone não funciona, pelo WhatsApp que realizamos o pedido eles não respondem sobre o problemas, vou ter que ir à loja pra resolver um problema que facilmente resolveria por telefone, não recomendo, uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, nenhum retorno até agora.
I placed an order on 05/24/21, made the payment and sent the receipt, they delivered it to the entrance of my building on 05/26/21, to my surprise one of the three ordered products was missing, we called several times and the phone does not work , through WhatsApp we placed the order, they don't answer about the problem, I'll have to go to the store to solve a problem that I could easily solve over the phone, I don't recommend it, a lack of respect for the consumer, no return so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo por que a demora em responder. Levam 24 hs para dar um retorno para cada pergunta que fazemos. Tanto a Barra quanto a unidd da Tijuca. IMPRESSIONANTE. Está on line o dia inteiro e não conseguem retornar o cliente, tenho que ficar implorando por informações sem contar que o valor de um mesmo produto manipulado que solocitei tem o valor diferente em cada unidade. E olha que foi indicação da minha dermatologista heim. Não merecem indicações. Devem estar com muitos clientes para não dar conta de prestar um atendimento de qualidade. Zero estrelas.
I don't understand why it takes so long to answer. It takes 24 hours to answer each question we ask. Both Barra and Tijuca unidd. IMPRESSIVE. It's on line all day and they can't get the customer back, I have to keep begging for information not to mention that the value of the same manipulated product that I asked for has a different value in each unit. And look, that was an indication from my dermatologist, huh. They do not deserve indications. They must be with many customers to not be able to provide quality service. Zero stars.
