Fui indicada pela Dr. ISABELA BARRETO a tomar Roacutam pela 1 vez, e eles simplesmente queriam que eu fosse lá buscar a receita apenas, sem consulta, sendo que é um medicamento que precisa ser explicado, por ter riscos se complicações. Não indico ninguém ir.
Terrible service at the reception, they keep giving you a return and they don't. I was indicated by Dr. ISABELA BARRETO to take Roacutam for the 1 time, and they simply wanted me to go there to get the prescription only, without consultation, since it is a drug that needs to be explained, as it has risks and complications. I don't recommend anyone to go.

20 minutes on hold listening to background parallel conversation.. I don't know how private clinics work.. But that first appointment attempt was terrible.
