I didn't like the service. Doctor answered in a hurry, I thought she was inexperienced ... She didn't really clear up doubts. Anyway ... I won't be back ... I thought it was terrible.

E apesar de serem muito questionados a dona da clínica DR Graça Tavares, não quer informar o que foi feito e os riscos dos remédios que passaram. Obviamente ao ir ao meu clínico geral, este suspendeu por considerar inadequados, alguns com risco de aumentar trombose.
Inadimissivel um tratamento destes oriundo desta clínica e sua gerência! Estou vivendo um filme de terror!
Terrible! I did an aesthetic procedure that left me with severe sequelae and scars on my face! And although the owner of the clinic DR Graça Tavares is very questioned, she does not want to inform what was done and the risks of the remedies that passed. Obviously when I went to my general practitioner, he suspended because he considered it inappropriate, some of them at risk of increasing thrombosis.
Such treatment from this clinic and its management is unavoidable! I'm living in a horror movie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Atendende não deu acompanhamento da liberação do plano para procedimento. Não atende telefone, não responde mensagem WhatsApp. Tive que fazer a solicitação por conta própria. A autorização saiu pela metade e a clinica não me informou com antecedência para que pudesse buscar esclarecimentos com o plano. Quando vim fazer o procedimento somente parte estava autorizado e tive que cancelar. Ninguém sabe informar nada.. péssimo, não recomendo!
Bad experience. The attendant did not follow up on the release of the plan for the procedure. Does not answer phone, does not answer WhatsApp message. I had to make the request on my own. The authorization came in half and the clinic did not inform me in advance so that I could seek clarification with the plan. When I came to do the procedure only part was authorized and I had to cancel. Nobody knows how to report anything .. terrible, I don't recommend it!
