They only pay on specific days. I could never get the value of the clothes sold. I gave up I left the clothes and money beyond the membership fee.

I'll never be back, bigger 171, besides being very rude. They charge nonsense and they don't take any pieces, and they didn't want to give me back the membership fee I had just made. Worst place in life! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz a adesão em 2018, deixo peças e compro tambem, sou fã, amo a loja, sempre fui muito bem atendida pelas meninas, a idéia do reaproveitamento e uso consciente é maravilhosa. É possível vomprar peças de marca com.preco acessivel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Fui tentar deixar algumas peças consignadas, demoraram 10 dias pra me retornar e nenhuma peça era do interesse delas. Acredito que existem várias maneiras de se dizer a mesma coisa e quando se trata de atendimento ao cliente devemos escolher a melhor, lá não senti que deram importância alguma a isso, só falaram que não era do interesse delas as peças e pronto. Por mais que não pegassem as minhas peças para vender eu poderia vir a ser uma futura cliente, mas depois desse atendimento não tenho vontade alguma de pisar lá.
I do not recommend! I went to try to leave some consigned pieces, it took me 10 days to return and no part was of interest to them. I believe that there are several ways to say the same thing and when it comes to customer service we must choose the best one, there I didn't feel that they gave any importance to that, they just said that the parts were not in their interest and that's it. As much as they didn't get my pieces to sell I could become a future customer, but after that service I have no desire to step there.
