Mas quanto ao problema com ratos foi momentânea,ficou a desejar antes de dar os 3 meses do produto, os ratos voltaram no forro da minha casa,o funcionário voltou jogou mais veneno q fez orçamento pra voltar a cada 3 meses...1000 reais,parece q já faz isso pra ficarmos presos a isso!!
Infelizmente não chamaria novamente,pq não foi barato a dedetização e o problema voltar!!
The service is very good, helpful staff. But as the problem with rats was momentary, was to be desired before giving the three months of the product, the rats back in the lining of my house, the employee returned threw more venom q did budget to come back every three months ... 1000 real it seems q already does this to stay stuck with it !!
Unfortunately not call again, 'cause it was not cheap to pest control and the problem back !!

I hired the service at 9 am but it was 10:40 am and the technician had not arrived. They don't give back to the customer, they don't answer calls. Terrible attendance.
