Wifi apos as.18:00 fica péssimo, pra enviar uma simples mensagem demora 2 minutos só pra enviar.
Tentei ligar no suporte técnico e nada, só sabem pedir pra retirar o roteador da Internet e mais nda.
Tentei ligar pra agendar uma troca de roteador e o telefone deles nem chama, só aparece falha na conexão.
Mandei msg no WhatsApp e só a máquina que responde, abri um chamado no sábado as 14 horas e tive um retorno da maquina no domingo as 16 horas.
Desktop era a minha preferida, hj deixa a desejar.
I'm just having a headache.
Wifi after 18:00 is terrible, to send a simple message takes 2 minutes just to send.
I tried to call technical support and nothing, they only know how to ask to remove the router from the Internet and nothing else.
I tried to call to schedule a router change and their phone doesn't even call, it just shows a connection failure.
I sent a message on WhatsApp and only the machine responds, I opened a call on Saturday at 2 pm and had a return from the machine on Sunday at 4 pm.
Desktop was my favorite, today it leaves something to be desired.
