Na data de 22/12 fui até o mesmo levar meu doc para licenciar , o dono me prometeu que iriam realizar o processo , transferi o valor na conta indicada e mesmo assim , simplesmente no outro dia me mandaram uma msg dizendo q nao iriam me atender e devolveram o valor!! Total descaso com o cliente!! Em nenhum momento se preocuparam em resolver meu problema ou mesmo me orientar , Se sabiam que iriam entrar em recesso por que aceitar meu processo? E questionei isso no momento de fechar negócio e me garantiram que seria feito!! Com sorte achei um lugar idôneo e mais barato!! Com atendimento excelente!! que me ajudou !! Se dependesse desse despachante nao teria meu documento licenciado!! Nao indico a ninguém!! Cuidado pessoal!! Eles nao respeitam seus clientes!!
Dispatcher without commitment to the customer !! On 12/22 I went to the same place to take my doc to license, the owner promised me they would carry out the process, I transferred the amount to the account indicated and even then, just the other day they sent me a message saying that they would not attend and returned the value !! Total neglect with the customer !! At no time did they bother to solve my problem or even guide me, If they knew they would go into recess why would they accept my process? And I questioned that when closing a deal and I was assured that it would be done !! With luck I found a suitable and cheaper place !! With excellent service !! that helped me !! If it depended on this dispatcher I wouldn't have my document licensed !! I don't tell anyone !! Personal care !! They don't respect their customers !!
