Eles assumiram a sua responsabilidade e, irão resolver o meu problema sem custos.
Também me prometeram treinar melhor às suas funcionárias para que futuramente não aconteça nada parecido.
Tal atitude é plausível levando em conta o padrão do brasileiro eo nosso cenário atual.
Errar é humano, assumir o seu erro é plausível em qualquer esfera da sociedade sendo vc uma pessoa física e/ou jurídica.
Enfim, a empresa se mostrou ética e, foi extremamente solícita para resolver o meu problema. Após a minha reclamação!!!
