★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta estrutura, poucas pessoas trabalhando e não atendem o telefone. Não tive problemas com o atendimento presencial, mas não atender telefone deixa as coisas bem complicadas, causando deslocamentos desnecessários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar há mais de 15 dias e ninguem atende, fui lá pela manhã e a tarde e não tem atendimento, nada explicando horario de funcionamento, esperei tanto na parte da manha quanto na parte da tarde e nada, se pelo menos atendesse o telefone para informar se tem dia e horario de funcionamento já ajudaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não atendem o telefone, sempre fala que tá ocupado, até quando ligo fora do expediente (pra ver se chamava normal) mas dá a mesma coisa, o que me faz pensar se eles deixam o telefone fora do gancho para ninguém conseguir falar lá. Todas as vezes que fui no presencial o sistema tava fora e não voltava no dia, e nem no dia seguinte tinha voltado aínda!!
They don't answer the phone, they always say they are busy, even when I call after hours (to see if it was normal) but it gives the same thing, which makes me wonder if they leave the phone off the hook so nobody can talk there. Every time I went to the classroom, the system was out and didn't come back in the day, and not even the next day I came back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende... 2 horas direto ligando e nada! Telefone lá é de enfeite! O gozado é que quando se vai lá pessoalmente, eles deixam de atender a fila para atender ao "telefone"... vai entender... acho que o número que o Google apresenta no Maps está errado, não é possível...
