★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente é o pior atendimento que tive de todos os órgãos e lojas de todos os estados e cidades que já passei. Atendentes parece que gostam de fazer demorar acontecer em vez de resolver logo. Mesmo com toda tecnologia de hoje, acaba sendo pior que na época das máquinas de escrever. Parabéns. Conseguem isso. Estacionamento também é muito ruim! Pouquíssimas vagas e devido o acúmulo de pessoas porque não conseguem atender rápido... acaba obrigando os motoristas a deixar as motos próximos às vagas e é o tempo todo AMC ou a própria fiscalização do Detran passa e multa. Espero nunca mais depender desse Detran. Próxima vez não agendo para esse de jeito nenhum.
Acreditam que eles param todo atendimento para ir almoçar e deixar todos esperando?
Vocês esquecem que vocês estão no Detran Pra servir o povo e não o contrário.

 Honestly, it's the worst service I've had from all agencies and stores in all states and cities I've been through. Attendants seem to like to make it happen rather than solving it soon. Even with all of today's technology, it turns out to be worse than in the era of typewriters. Congratulations. They achieve this. Parking is also very bad! Very few spaces and due to the accumulation of people because they cannot attend quickly... it ends up forcing drivers to leave their motorcycles close to the spaces and it is all the time AMC or Detran inspection itself passes and fines. I hope I never depend on this Detran again. Next time I'm not booking this one at all.
Do you believe they stop all service to go to lunch and keep everyone waiting?
You forget that you are in Detran To serve the people and not the other way around.
This is disrespectful!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento , atendentes não demonstram se importar com a população, de 8 guichês apenas 2 estavam funcionando e não via esforço da parte dos atendentes em realizar os atendimentos rápidos, levantavam da cadeira de forma lenta e nitidamente sem entusiasmo algum, por isso que o cerro seria a privatização e acabar com essa moleza.
Very slow service, attendants don't seem to care about the population, out of 8 counters only 2 were working and I didn't see any effort on the part of the attendants to perform quick calls, they got up from their chairs slowly and clearly without any enthusiasm, that's why the cerro would be privatization and put an end to this easy task.
