★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento! Tirar foto para identidade é sempre complicado, mas nesse posto foi ótimo. Se preocuparam em deixar a foto apresentável. Deixaram que eu tirasse mais de uma e ainda permitiram que eu visse para ver se estava boa. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais.
Excellent service! Taking photo for ID is always complicated, but at this post it was great. They were concerned about making the photo presentable. They let me take more than one and even let me see it to see if it was okay. Attentive and friendly staff.

Estou tentando agendar p/fazer a identidade do meu filho a mais de uma semana e não consigo pq não abre vaga p/Nova Friburgo,tem p/todas as cidades ao redor menos Friburgo,ja fico com o tudo arrumado só esperando abrir e não abre vaga p/Friburgo,ligo e o telefone só dá que no momento não recebe ligação,uma vergonha com o cidadão.
Horrible......
I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my son's ID for more than a week and I can't because there's no vacancy for Nova Friburgo, there are for all the cities around except Friburgo, I get everything sorted just waiting for it to open and no there is a vacancy for Freiburg, I call and the phone only gives that at the moment there is no call, a shame with the citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NINGUEM ATENDE O TELEFONE. O PIOR É QUE NO POSTO DO DETRAN FORNECERAM UM TELEFONE DO POSTO MÉDICO PARA CNH,QUE TAMBÉM NÃO ATENDE.TUDO CONCORDANDO. ALGUM FUNCIONÁRIO, POR ACASO, CONHECE ESTE TELEFONE ESCRITO EM CANETA AZUL?
NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. THE WORST IS THAT AT THE DETRAN STATION THEY PROVIDE A MEDICAL DEVICE TELEPHONE FOR CNH, WHICH ALSO DOES NOT ANSWER. ALL AGREEING. DOES ANY EMPLOYEE KNOW THIS PHONE WRITTEN IN BLUE PEN?
