★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não se pode tirar dúvidas em nenhum lugar. É um tal de " empurra empurra" e "desculpe não posso ajudar" ou simplesmente gravações que não resolvem absolutamente nada!!!!!!!
Terrible attendance! You can't ask questions anywhere. It is such a "push and push" and "sorry I can't help" or simply recordings that do not solve anything!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ! Ficou marcado um exame pra mim as 14 horas, nisso que eu tinha até perguntando pra atendente do Detran se não dava pra ser mais cedo , pq trabalho a tarde e ela disse que não dava, pq já estava registrado no sistema , falei ok do um jeito então , né .
Cheguei no lugar no dia e hora marcado até mais cedo e fiquei esperando....e até que uma das psicologa me disse que a moça que eu estava esperando não atendia no horário das duas,era só no período da manhã.
To tendo que aguardar a msg da médica pra marcar um novo exame e voltar tudo dnv ! Falta de respeito e compromisso
Terrible ! An exam was scheduled for me at 2 pm, I even had to ask the DMV attendant if it couldn’t be sooner, because I work in the afternoon and she said it wasn’t possible, because I was already registered in the system, I said ok one way then, right.
I arrived at the place on the appointed day and time until early and I was waiting ... and until one of the psychologists told me that the girl I was waiting for did not answer at two, it was only in the morning.
I'm having to wait for the doctor's msg to schedule a new exam and get back all dnv! Lack of respect and commitment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial era cheio de falhas,mas o online e mil vezes pior,tudo da erro,sem contar que não tem opção pra transferência de propriedade de pessoa falecida,no caso de bem herdado,vc manda email e ninguém responde nada,o telefone foi desativado pra ninguém incomodar,aí abre o poupatempo e não dao essa opção pra fazer em Bauru, só no poupatempo da sé em SP.. affff...isso que agora querem colocar vários serviços online pra eles economizarem né, pq o povo só vai se ferrar..

If you tell me which public agency works with our payment being paid on time to them, I would give 5 stars but as it is always like a bank, we enter asking for time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, agendei meu exame psicotécnico vim no CEAP e não tem ninguém tô aqui até agora esperando já se passaram 40 minutos muito falta de profissionalismo, respeito e responsabilidade eu tive que tirar um tempo cedo pq trabalho tive que abastecer meu carro para vir e chego aqui no MEU HORÁRIO AGENDADO e não tem ninguém? Nunca vi tamanha falta de profissionalismo nunca vi um erro tão imenso assim gastei meu tempo atoa gastei dinheiro gastei gasolina e qual a justificativa agora?
Terrible, I scheduled my psychotechnical exam, I came to CEAP and there's no one I'm here so far waiting 40 minutes have passed, very lack of professionalism, respect and responsibility I had to take time off early because I had to fill up my car to come and get here at work in MY SCHEDULED TIME and there's no one? I've never seen such a lack of professionalism, I've never seen such a huge mistake so I wasted my time for nothing I wasted money I wasted gas and what's the justification now?
