★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o portão da clínica para pedir informações e lá fui atendido pelo lado de fora do portão por uma mulher extremamente grosseira que disse que o atendimento é somente via telefone e que eles trabalham somente meio expediente. Sendo que no papel dado pelo Detran informa que o horário de expediente é 08:00 as 12 e 13 as 17.
 I went to the clinic's gate to ask for information and there I was answered outside the gate by an extremely rude woman who said that the service is only by phone and that they work only part-time. Being that in the paper given by Detran informs that the office hours are 08:00 to 12 and 13 to 17.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há mais de uma semana tentando marcar meu agendamento para exame de renovação de habilitação e não consigo. Nunca atendem ao telefone e, uma única vez que atenderam, me pediram para ligar depois. Complicado assim. Detran precisa ver isso urgentemente.
I've been trying to book my appointment for a license renewal exam for over a week and I can't. They never answer the phone and, once they did, they asked me to call back. Complicated like that. DMV needs to see this urgently.
