Melhorou muito de dois anos para cá.
Agora atendem pelo whatsapp e também marcam consulta por este canal, o que facilita muito para o paciente. O atendimento (via Whatsapp) ainda é um pouco lento, mas é eficiente.
Mesmo com a pandemia o atendimento na clínica tem sido rápido e com todos os cuidados necessários.
Os preços são bons e o atendimento é excelente, tanto no estabelecimento, quanto via Whatsapp. Os profissionais são bem atenciosos e educados.
Grande evolução. Parabéns!

It has improved a lot in the last two years.
Now they attend through whatsapp and also make an appointment through this channel, which makes it much easier for the patient. The service (via Whatsapp) is still a little slow, but it is efficient.
Even with the pandemic, care at the clinic has been fast and with all the necessary care.
Prices are good and service is excellent, both at the establishment and via Whatsapp. The professionals are very attentive and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível,a pessoa tenta a comunicação pelo whatsapp e nada de resposta,fiquei ontem o dia inteiro mandando mensagem e nada,hoje a mesma coisa.
Sem contar que pedem pra chegar com 20 min de antecedência e nos prendem lá fora,quando vamos ser atendidos já é tarde demais.
Horrible service, the person tries to communicate through whatsapp and no response, I stayed all day yesterday sending a message and nothing, today the same thing.
Not to mention that they ask us to arrive 20 minutes in advance and arrest us outside, when we will be attended to, it is already too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na cara e na coragem e tive uma grata surpresa. Consegui marcar uma consulta pro gastro pelo aplicativo com muita facilidade, marquei pro dia seguinte. Fui, paguei 32 reais, a recepção estava bem organizada e o rapaz que me atendeu foi muito simpático. Minha consulta estava marcada pra 15:40, fui atendida 16:30, não demorou muito. Quase 1h de atraso, mas se fosse em alguns hospitais sociais iria ser 2h pra mais de atraso. Sobre o médico: Dr. Eduardo Leandro foi bem simpático, me ouviu, olhou meus exames anteriores, que eu tinha feito em outras clínicas e me passou um outro exame de acordo com minhas queixas, me perguntou se eu queria algum remédio, e eu disse que não, prefiro fazer o exame primeiro. Já tenho outra consulta marcada, também pelo app, com uma psicóloga.

I went, I paid 32 reais, the reception was well organized and the guy who attended me was very nice. My appointment was scheduled for 3:40 pm, I was seen at 4:30 pm, it didn't take long. Almost 1 hour late, but if it were in some social hospitals it would be 2 hours more late. About the doctor: Dr. Eduardo Leandro was very friendly, he listened to me, looked at my previous exams, which I had done in other clinics and gave me another exam according to my complaints, asked me if I wanted any medication, and I said other than that, I prefer to take the exam first. I already have another appointment, also through the app, with a psychologist.

Nunca consegue marcar exame nenhum manda msg pelo WhatsApp que fica online o dia todo ninguém responde, estou desde ontem tentando saber o valor de um ultrassom para marca e até agora nada!
