uma vergonha todos os procedimentos nada é feito para melhoria do cliente não tenho palavras pra externa minha profunda insatisfação e nojo pela forma que as coisas são conduzidas. Instituição lixo.

Vi também muito descaso com a população e comigo mesmo... pois sabem que não seram demitidas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que falar sobre o Detran... é bem redundante .. mas, esta unidade do shopping guararapes tem: Mau humor de atendentes, zero interesse em resolução objetiva, cadeiras quebradas, atrazo na chamada mesmo sendo agendada, até uma informação tem fila GRANDE!
OBS; NÃO SÃO TODOS, LÓGICO.
Mas existem muitos, da guardete ao terceirizado, é uma cultura de nariz empinado...ainda desprovidos de empatia.
Desculpe a sinceridade!
What to say about the Detran... it's pretty redundant .. but this unit of the mall guararapes has: Bad mood of attendants, zero interest in objective resolution, broken chairs, delay in the call even being scheduled, even information has a BIG queue !
NOTE; NOT ALL OF THEM, OF COURSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem tiver agendamento pra qualquer tipo de atendimento, se prepare! Só entra com o PASSAPORTE SANITÁRIO!!! Só soube ao chegar lá. Fui pega de surpresa, pois não fui avisada quando recebi o e-mail do próprio Detran. Mas a moça que estava bem na entrada me falou que na TV estavam informando sobre essa nova exigência. E eu tenho tempo de assistir TV? Detran, por gentileza, ao confirmar o agendamento com o cidadão informe, também, que só haverá atendimento se o cartão de vacinação for apresentado na entrada! Se organizem pra ninguém perder a viagem, como aconteceu comigo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui você é tratado como um palhaço, eles querem xerox de tudo mas não informam na folha do agendamento, parece que tem até um arrumadinho com o quiosque da xerox, pois todo mundo que é atendido tem que sair pra tirar xerox. Além do péssimo atendimento, começando pela guardete, demora pra ser chamado, não cumprem horário, funcionários ociosos mexendo no celular.
