Vc não consegue acessar sem marcar horário, e se tem alguma dúvida os atendentes externas não estão preparados para sanar, e quando vai perguntar, além do vai e volta por não te deixar entrar sem data marcada, voltam com informações truncadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Detran no Poupatempo de Itatiba tem alguma coisa de muito errada. Há 15 dias consecutivos tento agendar renovação da CNH e nunca há agenda disponível. Fui até o posto (foto anexa), e para a minha surpresa, estava vazio, praticamente deserto. Os funcionários se limitam a informar que o agendamento é apenas ONLINE, não podendo agendar pessoalmente na unidade. Ou seja, melhor fechar! Curiosidade: os despachantes da cidade oferecem renovação por R$400 e resolvem rapidinho....
The Detran at Poupatempo de Itatiba has something very wrong. I have been trying to schedule renewal of the CNH for 15 consecutive days and there is never any available schedule. I went to the gas station (photo attached), and to my surprise, it was empty, practically deserted. Employees are limited to informing that the appointment is only ONLINE and cannot make appointments in person at the unit. In other words, better close! Curiosity: the city's dispatchers offer renovation for R$400 and quickly resolve it....
