★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de um rapaz foi péssimo ,ele precisa urgente aprender uma coisa chamada empatia ,pois os clientes não são obrigados a conhecer os protocolos .
Fui tratado como se eu fosse um objeto , sem ter a atenção necessária ,quando eu falava não prestava atenção , depois fui tirar uma dúvida sobre o mesmo assunto e o rapaz disse que eu não havia perguntado sobre aquele assunto .
Sem condições , da próxima vez prefiro perder mais tempo ir pra Jundiai ou São Paulo do que ser tratado dessa forma .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível com pessoas despreparadas e muito desinformadas que não sabem orientar as pessoas de maneira prática e simples com informações corretas. Hoje mesmo perdi meio dia de trabalho por causa de uma informação errada por parte de um funcionário de lá.
Horrible service with unprepared and very uninformed people who do not know how to guide people in a practical and simple way with correct information. Just today I lost half a day of work because of wrong information from an employee there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO, para renovar a CNH fui ate lá e um atendente com muita má vontade me informou que só funcionava a partir das 09:00, então fui as 14:00, chegando lá fiquei do lado de fora no sol ate que vieram me atender onde eu era o primeiro da fila, o atendente perguntou se estava agendado falei que não, ele passou todas as pessoas na minha frente e me mandou aguardando(do lado de fora), depois de um tempo voltou e me perguntou o que eu precisava, falei que era para renovar a CNH e ai ele me informou que era pela Internet. Não seria mais fácil ter me avisado no começo? mas não me deixou do lado de fora no sol para por fim me falar que era pela internet. Falta de empatia.
