★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 10 e hoje, dia 11.01.22, estive no Detran de Barueri, para buscar informações e resolver uma pendência documental de meu veículo. Nas duas vezes que estive no local, fui muito bem atendido, desde a recepção, triagem e atendimento de fato, tendo minhas dúvidas prontamente sanadas e meu problema resolvido, de forma ágil, por profissionais qualificados. Agradeço pelo bom atendimento desta unidade e espero que continuem assim. Obrigado.
Yesterday, the 10th and today, the 11.01.22, I was at the Detran in Barueri, to seek information and resolve a document pending on my vehicle. Both times I was there, I was very well attended, from the reception, sorting and actual service, having my doubts promptly resolved and my problem solved, in an agile way, by qualified professionals. I thank you for the good service of this unit and I hope that it will continue that way. Thanks.

Ninguém atende pelos canais de atendimento, agora inventaram o tal de SP sem Papel (Sem Atendimento ) estou aguardando uma resposta a 2 meses, já tenho 10 reclamações abertas no Detran-sp desde Jan/22 sem resposta... que só serve para atrasar mais os processos além....

TERRIBLE Public Service!!!
Nobody answers through the service channels, now they invented the SP without Paper (No Service) I've been waiting for a response for 2 months, I already have 10 complaints open in the Detran-sp since Jan/22 with no response... which only serves to delay plus the processes beyond....
