★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada bom, fui mal atendido, o detran em sí está um desrespeito com o cidadão, fui para um simples agendamento médico e psicotécnico, por conta da super lotação em Taubaté, fui mal atendido por não ser da cidade de Tremembé.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tudo pela internet. Infelizmente é muito difícil retirar dúvidas uma vez que pelo site nem sempre fica claro e objetivo o que tem que ser feito como resolver assuntos básicos com relação a transferência de veículos renovação de habilitação.

INCOMPETENT STAFF, DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, DELAY IN SERVICE, LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR POSTURE OF A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE.
THERE SHOULD BE MORE INSPECTION!!!
