★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indignação pela falta de ônibus no Bairro Piedade entre outros. Diversos trabalhadores que não tem condições de pagar e não possui condução própria, sendo um bairro afastado da rodoviária. Até quando isso? Injusto com a população.

Devo parabenizar o novo secretário pelas mudanças no trânsito da Vila Resende. Concordo que a grande maioria das vias de Caçapava devam ter mão única de direção.
Tomo a iniciativa de sugerir ao secretário que nos principais pontos de congestionamento da cidade é devido ao tempo exagerado de espera. Esse tempo nos cruzamentos onde há 3 fases não pode ultrapassar de 10 seg. em cada fase. Esse período de isolamento é propício para testes.
Good service but can improve.
I must congratulate the new secretary for the changes in traffic at Vila Resende. I agree that the vast majority of Caçapava roads must have a one-way direction.
I take the initiative to suggest to the secretary that at the main congestion points in the city it is due to the exaggerated waiting time. This time at intersections where there are 3 phases cannot exceed 10 sec. at each stage. This isolation period is conducive to testing.
