THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD! 2 months trying to transfer a car and never succeed. They always give half information, one employee transferring responsibility to the other.

Só tem uma falta de respeito com clientes manda chegar 10 minutos de antecedência no agendamento e nós ficar no sol .
Sendo que o meu agendamento tava marcado para 11:00 horas se chamar você depois das 11 horas
Staff service very good.
There's just a lack of respect for customers, they tell us to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment and we stay in the sun.
Since my appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am if I call you after 11 am

Pra quem gosta de tomar chá de cadeira é um ótimo lugar pra passar o dia, leve livros, kit de bordado ou opte por maratonar encontro com Fátima, sessão da tarde e O Clone enquanto espera a sua senha. São super eficientes na hora de te taxar, lentos em oferecer bom serviço, estão de parabéns nota 1.

For those who like to have tea in a chair, this is a great place to spend the day, bring books, an embroidery kit or choose to marathon a meeting with Fátima, an afternoon session and O Clone while you wait for your password. They are super efficient when it comes to taxing you, slow to offer good service, congratulations are in order.
