Primeiro o funcionário nem lembrava que eu tinha agendado, depois falou que a profissional que iria realizar o serviço informou um dia antes que não iria! Descaso total com o tempo dos outros!
They simply forgot that they had a scheduled service (more than a week before via whatsapp) and when I took the vehicle they said that unfortunately they could not answer, waste of time!
First, the employee didn't even remember that I had scheduled it, then he said that the professional who would perform the service informed me the day before that she wouldn't! Total disregard for other people's time!
