E grosseiramente respondida com "VOCÊ QUER FALAR COM QUEM?".
Nossa, parabéns...
Se o atendimento ao telefone é assim, não quero nem imaginar o presencial...
Then you call the company and ask who is talking (to treat the person in a cordial way) since they did not identify themselves when answering.
And rudely answered with "WHO DO YOU WANT TO TALK TO?".
Our congratulations...
If telephone service is like that, I don't even want to imagine the face-to-face service...
