★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que coloquei os edredons e cobertores para lavar, vieram ótimos, macios e com cheiro de amaciante!
Da segunda vez, vieram com cheiro de morrinha, como se tivesse sido mal lavado.
Na 3° vez, tive que colocar pra lavar até antes do tempo que coloco porque dá segunda vez já veio mal lavado. Liguei e reclamei da lavagem anterior. Quando o rapaz veio buscar os edredons, falei com ele que a lavagem anterior não foi boa e veio com cheiro ruim. Ele disse que eles colocam um "cheirinho " É que provavelmente o meu não tinha ido com essa observação. Então ele escreveu "com cheirinho" no meu pedido.
Eu achei que "com cheirinho" fosse colocar amaciante nos edredons....... que nada! Me entregaram os edredons com cheiro de uma essência horrível que meu marido, que é alérgico, espirrou a noite toda!
Agora vou ter que colocar pra lavar novamente, mas com certeza, em outra lavanderia!
Só foi top a primeira lavagem..... provavelmente pra fisgar o cliente! Mas esse tipo de atitude não fideliza clientes!!
The first time I put the comforters and blankets to wash, they came out great, soft and with the smell of fabric softener!
The second time, they came with the smell of dying, as if it had been badly washed.
On the 3rd time, I had to wash it before the time I put it in because it is a second time it has already been badly washed. I called and complained about the previous wash. When the boy came to get the comforters, I told him that the previous wash was not good and came with a bad smell. He said that they put a "smell" Is that probably mine had not gone with that observation. Then he wrote "smelling" on my order.
I thought "smelling" was going to put fabric softener on the comforters ....... nothing! I was handed the comforters that smelled of a horrible essence that my husband, who is allergic, sneezed all night!
Now I will have to put it to wash again, but for sure, in another laundry!
Only the first wash was top ..... probably to hook the customer! But this type of attitude does not retain customers !!
