TENTEI DIVERSAS VEZES A DEVOLUÇÃO DE FORMA AMIGÁVEL, MAS ELES NÃO DEVOLVERAM O DINHEIRO NEM ENTREGARAM A MERCADORIA. TIVE QUE ENTRAR COM UMA AÇÃO NA JUSTIÇA PARA RECEBER MEU DINHEIRO. NÃO COMPRE NESTA LOJA, VC PODE PASSAR O MESMO PROBLEMA QUE ESTOU PASSANDO!!!!
THE STORE HAS NOT COMPLIED WITH THE AGREEMENT. I sold a product I didn't have and never returned my money. I tried several times the return in a friendly way, but they did not return the money or deliver the goods. I HAD TO TAKE ACTION IN JUSTICE TO RECEIVE MY MONEY. DON'T BUY IN THIS STORE, YOU CAN PASS THE SAME PROBLEM I'M GOING !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa .péssimo atendimento. Não entregaram até hoje o material que deveria ter sido entregue final de setembro. Muitas informações desencontradas pra não dizer muita mentira. Não aconselho ninguém comprar nesta empresa. Só dor de cabeça.
Bad company .Poor service. They have not yet delivered the material that should have been delivered at the end of September. Lots of mismatched information not to tell too many lies. I do not advise anyone to buy at this company. Just a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o primeiro pedido em 29/11/2019 a vista no valor de R$14.800,00 e até hoje 19/02/2020 ainda não me entregaram o pedido. Atendimento péssimo, mentira em cima de mentira, não dão informações certas, não dão recibo e nem nota fiscal. Fui por indicação de um funcionário da Evivva. Se arrependimento matasse estava morta. Não compre nesta empresa, Aborrecimento certo.
Em resposta a Sra. Daniele Arieta proprietária da DFX. Realmente decidi pagar a vista não por segurar o preço da matéria prima que nunca me passou essa situação. Paguei a vista por não querer fazer dívidas. O valor total que paguei foi 19.280,00 ( Bancada cozinha, bancada lavandeira, lavabo e socos da cozinha ). Foram em minha residência fazer a medição no dia 07/01/2020 e nunca me deram recibos e notas fiscais como dito antes. Não extraviei documentos pois os mesmos não foram entregues. Portanto não me falaram quando seria entregue as pedras; fiquei ligando quase que diariamente para saber e as respostas eram as mesmas. Estavam em produção. Quando comeram a entregar as pedras no final de Janeiro foi quando começou o problema maior; as mesmas vieram fora de medidas (socos), pedras faltando. A instalação da bancada da cozinha foi colocada de forma errada fora de altura, não fizeram o furo da torneira, a bancada do lavabo não foi entregue pois a resposta que tive foi a mesma que já tinha trincado 02 vezes. Foi quando decidi pedir meu dinheiro da bancada de volta , o recibo com nota fiscal.
A nota fiscal foi emitida somente em 20/02/2020 no valor de R$14.711,59, descontando o valor do lavabo que nunca foi me entregue. Fizeram a devolução de R$ 4.568,41 no dia 20/02/2020 referente a bancada do lavabo e instalaçao.Tive vários prejuízos inclusivo com a instalação da cozinha que quando a Todeschini da Tijuca foi me instalar confirmou que os socos estavam fora de medidas. A proprietária Danielle Arieta teve a cara de pau de bloquear o meu telefone para não ouvir mais minhas reclamações. Mentira dela em dizer que os relatos estão todos documentados. Eu sim tenho mais de 09 testemunhas, fotos, documentos e etc para comprovar que estou falando a verdade. Me serviu como lição de nunca mais contratar empresa por indicação e não ir visitar a mesma antes de fechar pedido.

In response to Mrs. Daniele Arieta, owner of DFX. I really decided to pay the cash not for insuring the price of the raw material that this situation never gave me. I paid cash because I didn't want to pay debts. The total amount I paid was 19,280.00 (kitchen counter, laundry counter, toilet and kitchen punches). They went to my residence to take the measurement on 07/01/2020 and they never gave me receipts and invoices as said before. I did not lose documents because they were not delivered. So they didn't tell me when the stones would be delivered; I kept calling almost daily to find out and the answers were the same. They were in production. When they started to deliver the stones at the end of January, the biggest problem started; they came out of measures (punches), stones missing. The installation of the kitchen countertop was placed wrongly out of height, the tap hole was not made, the toilet countertop was not delivered because the answer I had was the same one that had already cracked 02 times. That was when I decided to ask for my money back from the counter, the receipt with invoice.
The invoice was only issued on 2/20/2020 in the amount of R $ 14,711.59, discounting the value of the toilet that was never delivered to me. They made the return of R $ 4,568.41 on 02/20/2020 referring to the toilet counter and instalaçao. I had several losses including the installation of the kitchen that when Todeschini da Tijuca went to install me confirmed that the punches were out of measure . The owner Danielle Arieta had the courage to block my phone so she wouldn't hear my complaints anymore. Her lie in saying that the reports are all documented. I do have more than 09 witnesses, photos, documents and etc. to prove that I am speaking the truth. It served me as a lesson to never hire a company again by referral and not to visit the company before closing the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei essa empresa no dia 26/02/2022, paguei a vista, com a promessa de entrega era de 20 dias úteis. De lá pra cá foi tanta enrolação, mentiras, invenção de histórias pra se eximir de responsabilidade, que eu não consigo imaginar como uma empresa dessas se mantém no mercado. É surreal. Peças entregues diferente do pedido, outras chegando totalmente fora da medida, o que gerou custos pra cortar e ajustar, outras pequenas demais e pra não extrapolar mais ainda o prazo de entrega da obra tivemos que comprar à parte pra não ficar esperando sei lá até quando.. é inacreditável o quanto essa empresa conseguiu atrasar minha obra e me gerou prejuízos. Tive que extender o meu tempo de aluguel no apartamento provisório que estou morando até a obra acabar! Um horror! Ahh e para completar foi um parto pra conseguir minha nota fiscal, precisei dizer que ia denunciar na receita federal. A nota chegou após 2 meses e muitaaaa cobrança. Não recomendo pra ninguém! Corram dessa marmoraria se não quiserem passar muita, mas muita raiva!
I hired this company on 02/26/2022, I paid in cash, with the promise of delivery was 20 working days. Since then, there has been so much bullshit, lies, inventing stories to exempt themselves from responsibility, that I can't imagine how a company like that keeps itself in the market. It's surreal. Parts delivered different from the order, others arriving completely out of measure, which generated costs to cut and adjust, others too small and not to extrapolate even more the delivery deadline of the work we had to buy separately so we wouldn't have to wait for who knows how long .. it's unbelievable how much this company managed to delay my work and caused me losses. I had to extend my rental time in the temporary apartment I'm living in until the work was done! Horrible! Ahh and to complete it was a labor to get my invoice, I had to say that I was going to report it to the IRS. The note arrived after 2 months and a lot of billing. I don't recommend it to anyone! Run from this marble shop if you don't want to be too angry!
