Atendimento sem qualidade, medem errado e não admitem o erro, grosseiros. Uma marmoraria barata que sai caro de tantos erros e má vontade.
Lousy.
Service without quality, measure wrong and do not admit the error, rude. A cheap marble that is expensive with so many mistakes and ill will.

Péssimo atendimento, resolução de problemas é a mesma que nada, preferem perder clientes do que escuta-los.
Mediram errado a bancada depois de semanas remarcando pra ir no local, veio maior do que deveria e o dono não conseguiu reagir de forma calma e responsável.
Péssimo local para comprar seu mármore.

Bad service, problem solving is the same as nothing, preferring to lose customers than listening to them.
The bench was wrongly measured after weeks rescheduling to go there, it was bigger than it should have been and the owner was unable to react calmly and responsibly.
Bad place to buy your marble.

Eles não sabem MEDIR, nem resolver problemas, nem atender ligações, nem ser educados.
A minha bancada foi medida errada e portanto o acabamento ficou horroroso. Tudo o que foi prometido não foi cumprido, e depois de muito me estressar desisti: afinal, o pagamento havia sido à vista (ou melhor antecipado).
Eles não se responsabilizaram pela medida errada e meu instalador não quis fazer o serviço pois ele sabia que ia ficar horrível. A marmoraria disse que era incompetência do meu instalador e me indicou um outro deles, para o qual eu paguei uma nova instalação à parte. Desnecessário dizer que não ficou bom (ficou horrível e torto), porque apesar da boa vontade do instalador indicado por eles, nada podia ser feito com as medidas erradas. Até o instalador deles se estressou com a grosseria do Sr. Manoel, que não assumiu o erro, não atendia mais ligações e. nunca retornou meus recados. Consequência: Perdi meu dinheiro e tive que colocar a bancada abaixo e refazer tudo do zero com outra Marmoraria mais séria e que pensa no cliente como parceiro. Não recomendo essa marmoraria. Fujam dela se não quiserem perder dinheiro !
It was one of the worst experiences with marble I've ever had.
They don't know how to MEASURE, solve problems, answer calls, or be polite.
My countertop was measured wrong and therefore the finish was awful. Everything that was promised was not fulfilled, and after a lot of stress I gave up: after all, the payment had been made in cash (or better anticipated).
They weren't responsible for the wrong measure and my installer didn't want to do the job because he knew it was going to look awful. The marble shop said it was my installer's incompetence and referred me to another one of them, for which I paid a new installation separately. Needless to say, it didn't look good (it looked horrible and crooked), because despite the goodwill of the installer they indicated, nothing could be done with the wrong measurements. Even their installer was stressed by the rudeness of Mr. Manoel, who did not accept the error, did not answer any more calls and. never returned my messages. Consequence: I lost my money and had to put the workbench down and redo everything from scratch with another more serious Marble shop that thinks of the customer as a partner. I don't recommend this marble shop. Run away from it if you don't want to lose money!
