★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Técnico desprovido de capacidade. Mudou a voltagem de funcionamento do aquecedor (poderia queima-lo), queria remover o aparelho para consertar em sua loja. Não permiti. Chamei outro técnico que percebeu o erro e o problema foi resolvido em menos de 1 minuto.
Espero que tenha sido incompetência. Pq se foi maldade... A coisa é séria.
Bad experience. Technician without capacity. He changed the operating voltage of the heater (he could burn it), he wanted to remove the appliance to fix it in his store. I didn't allow it. I called another technician who noticed the error and the problem was solved in less than 1 minute.
I hope it was incompetence. Because if it was mean ... The thing is serious.
