Mas não recomendo levar seu instrumento musical.
Levei meu baixo para trocar o jack pois estava dando mal contato. Voltou pior do que quando foi. Agora ele ronca e tem mal contato e eu, um saldo negativo de 95,00. Sem contar que terei que levar em um Luthier para resolver.
Sabe a história de que o barato sai caro? Pois é, agora aprendi a lição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço Péssimo, Não atendem Telefone nem Zap, não agem com boa Fé deixando seu produto jogado, não emitem NF, Além da sonegação de Impostos, burlam a Lei em dar 1 mês de garantia no serviço Mal Feito, voltei 3 vezes com problema, porém estarei abrindo um processo no Procon para investigação neste estabelecimento suspeito !
Terrible Service, They don't answer the phone or Zap, they don't act with good faith leaving their product lying around, they don't issue invoices, In addition to tax evasion, they cheat the law by giving a 1 month warranty on Badly Done service, I came back 3 times with a problem, however I will be opening a process in Procon for investigation in this suspicious establishment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, simplesmente não levem equipamentos para fazer conserto no local. Não resolvem o problema, cobram e atendem mal. Os técnicos não têm conhecimento adequado para lidar com os equipamentos e a empresa não é indicada para quem busca soluções profissionais.
Guys, just don't bring equipment to repair on site. They don't solve the problem, they charge and serve poorly. The technicians do not have adequate knowledge to deal with the equipment and the company is not suitable for those looking for professional solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência está sendo péssima, não atendem telefone nem zap, deixei 2 amplificador pra arrumar e já fazem 5 meses e nada de resolver, os dois ampli foram pra casa e no dia seguinte voltarão ruim Di novo .... não recomendo ... atendimento deles educado porém sem muita direção do que fazer ... percebo desorganização falta de retrutura quando se referi a manutenção de equipamento e serviço.

Levei uma caixa ativa para realizar um reparo. Não saía som. O equipamento ficou com eles vários dias. Disseram se tratar de uma placa queimada. Falaram que por serem placas chinesas, era difícil achar uma de qualidade, que precisavam testar vários modelos até encontrar um compatível.
Pois bem, recebi a caixa após um tempo. COBRARAM CERCA DE R$300,00 PELA TROCA DA PLACA e, depois de 45 dias a caixa voltou a apresentar o mesmo defeito. Retornei a este lugar e fui informado que a garantia era de 30 dias apenas, contrariando o código de defesa do consumidor que preconiza 90 dias de garantia nestes casos.
Resolvi levar a caixa a uma autorizada e, para minha surpresa, tratava-se apenas de um conector solto.
AGORA PASMEM. FUI INFORMADO QUE A CAIXA ERA TOTALMENTE ORIGINAL E QUE NUNCA HAVIA SIDO TROCADO NENHUMA PLACA.. QUE PROVAVELMENTE O DEFEITO ANTERIOR ERA SOMENTE ESTE MESMO CONECTOR SOLTO.

I took an active box to carry out a repair. There was no sound. The equipment stayed with them for several days. They said it was a burnt plate. They said that because they were Chinese cards, it was difficult to find a quality one, that they needed to test several models until they found a compatible one.
Well, I received the box after a while. THEY CHARGED ABOUT R$300.00 FOR THE PLATE REPLACEMENT and, after 45 days, the box had the same defect again. I returned to this place and was informed that the guarantee was only 30 days, contrary to the consumer protection code that recommends a 90-day guarantee in these cases.
I decided to take the box to an authorized dealer and, to my surprise, it was just a loose connector.
NOW PASS. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE BOX WAS COMPLETELY ORIGINAL AND THAT ANY BOARD HAS NEVER BEEN CHANGED.. THAT PROBABLY THE PREVIOUS DEFECT WAS ONLY THIS SAME LOOSE CONNECTOR.
