★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minja experiência foi péssima , fiquei 5 dias tirando informações antes de fazer a matricula , para q não tivesse nenhum mal entendido , tenho todas as mensagem trocadas com a Vivian , mesmo diante de tantas reclamações ela conseguiu me convencer , fiz a matrícula , ao ser liberada as aulas percebi que não era nada do que me foi falado , aulas online ? Não existe ! Quando eles falam aulas online eles te induzem ao erro pois quando fui questionar a suposta aula online , me foi respondido que ela falou aulas online mais não falou o formato , gente eu aplaudo em pé as pessoas que conseguem fazer uma faculdade aprender ouvindo áudios , absurdo ! Sim em dois módulos em estetica as aulas não sem vem por vídeo , tem apenas um vídeo de 3 minutos o resto são áudios , ao fazer esse questionamento fui taxada de chata e implicante , aquele atendimento pré matrícula já não existia mais , me senti muito mal com essa situação , pois jamais causo problemas para ninguém , sou muito correta na minhas coisas e jamais induziria uma pessoa ao erro para me beneficiar . A Suzana que seria a pessoa responsável , mando mensagens ela visualiza e não responde , estando online o tempo todo . A única q consegui falar e fui bem mal atendida com desenho é rispidez foi com a Vivian a pessoa quem me passou as informações 'fantasiosas ' ela me diz q posso cancelar sim , se eu pagar a multa , multa ? Oi não existe isso , ela alega que tenho q pagar a multa pois aceitei o contrato , que eu poderia ter assistidos as aulas antes de assinar o contrato , não , não se pode assistir aula sem a assinatura do contrato , o sistema só é liberado após a assinatura do contrato , se ela tivesse sido correta e explicado q gravadas eram áudios jamais eu iria entrar nessa canoa furada , quero uma solução , estou aqui para fazer a reclamação pois as pessoas responsáveis em poder me ajudar visualizam mensagem e não respondem é nao atendem o telefone também .
Meus amigos não caiam nesse golpe , a situação não está fácil para ninguém , e cair em um golpe como esse é prejuízo mensal é emocional também !
