Absurdo é uma definição redutora para descrever o serviço e o profissionalismo deste lugar.
Ontem fui a este escritório pedir informações sobre custos e como enviar uma encomenda.
Recebi informações completamente incompletas e incorretas a ponto de hoje, quando voltei com a embalagem para fazer o envio, pediram outros dados que obviamente eu não possuía no momento.
Além disso, hoje apesar de estar em horário de funcionamento, a porta estava fechada e não havia placa indicando o que fazer e nem campainha para tocar.
Tive de bater no vidro para chamar a atenção .
É vergonhoso que uma empresa internacinal do tamanho da DHL conceda a empresas como essa a permissao para usar seu nome.

Absurd is a narrow definition to describe the service and professionalism of this place.
Yesterday I went to this office to ask for information about costs and how to send an order.
I received completely incomplete and incorrect information to the point of today, when I returned with the packaging to make the shipment, they asked for other data that obviously I did not have at the moment.
In addition, today, despite opening hours, the door was closed and there was no sign indicating what to do or a bell to ring.
I had to tap the glass to get attention.
It is shameful that an international company the size of DHL grants companies like this permission to use its name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento e principalmente do pós atendimento, onde tive dificuldade com a mercadoria internacional e a resposta era padrão. De que não poderiam fazer nada , que eu deveria entrar em conta no país onde a mercadoria estava.
Um atendente me disse que a parte deles está feita que era enviar a mercadoria. Não se preocupam em ajudar caso tenha algum problema.
Outro absurdo é que a caixa que deixamos com os itens tem que estar aberta e não lacram na nossa presença. Enfim DHL nunca mais.
É o "barato" que sai caro e desgastante com falta de informações precisas.
