★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO sofá MAIS PESSIMO AINDA O POS VENDA. Com menos de 1 ano meu sofá estourou todas as molas de um lado, afundou os encostos a madeira faz rangidos horriveis, e o atendimento ao consumidor nessa hora que é preciso é lamentável da gerente da filial de São Carlos.
Conheço mais 3 pessoas passando pelo mesmo problema e o tratamento dessa gerente também foi o mesmo.
