★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima minha experiência, eles até tem um bom preço, mas o problema é prazo, me deram uma data de entrega, e um dia antes dessa data me ligaram e falaram que minha entrega iria atrasar em 11dias, e como já havia feito o pagamento adiantado não consegui cancelar a compra

o preço pode até ser "bom" (ainda muito caro), mas a dor de cabeça que estão dando é enorme.
Estou construindo minha casa e pagando a construtora, mas a obra fica parada sempre por conta dos atrasos na encomenda da Udiaço. Para ter noção ele falaram que iriam entregar o material no dia 05, mas atrasaram em 1 semana a entrega, ou seja, 1 semana a obra atrasada e quando entregaram o aço armado veio errado (entregaram primeiro o aço armado dos pilares ao invés de enviar o material da fundação, que é a primeira coisa a ser feita).
O atendimento deixa muito a desejar e a empresa tem um descaso com os clientes.

I am building my house and paying the construction company, but the work is always stopped due to delays in Udiaço's order. To get a sense they said they would deliver the material on the 5th, but they delayed delivery by 1 week, that is, 1 week the work was delayed and when they delivered the reinforced steel it went wrong (they delivered the reinforced steel from the pillars first instead of sending the foundation material, which is the first thing to be done).
The service leaves much to be desired and the company has a disregard for customers.
