Precisamos de pequenos reparos devido a pequenas avarias no transporte (super normal acontecer ) e tivemos um excelente pós venda sob atendimento da Vera. We did the top part of our kitchen. Excellent service from the sale to the assembly of the cabinet. We need minor repairs due to minor breakdowns in transportation (super normal to happen) and we had an excellent after sales service under Vera's care. Congratulations, our kitchen looks beautiful. Antes de efetuar a compra, pesquisei sobre a loja e quando vi que não havia reclamações, disse para minha esposa: Este é o local!!! Resultado? Valeu e muito!!! Gratidão Vera, Sandra e a todos que diretamente e indiretamente participaram desde momento marcante da vida da minha família!!

Eu já tinha o meu projeto da cozinha nova semi elaborado, de forma caseira....e eles apostaram na minha idéia não somente idealizando de forma profissional , mas aportando excelentes sugestões de melhoria com a atuação direta e excepcional principalmente da Thaís e a do Rodrigo, quando necessário. O projeto era para medio prazo, instalacao apos 7 meses quase da elaboracao e contrato, entao a confianca de entregar o sonho nas maos de uma empresa era fundamental, principalmente pelo periodo de pandemia em que infelizmente muitas empresas de moveis planejados fecharam as portas. E foi assim que me senti desde a primeira visita e contato, confianca com a seriedade na tratativa do projeto, comprometimento com respostas rapidas para qq ajuste necessario, suporte-orientacao durante a obra necessaria antes de receber a cozinha e finalmente, na entrega e instalacao da cozinha! Tudo excepcional! conforme o combinado. Recomendo a Di Piacci! Estamos felizes com a cozinha que agora aguarda apenas instalacao do granito para os ultimos ajustes e estreia. Muito obrigada a toda equipe da Di Piacci!
Di Piacci really is a differentiated store. I already had my semi-prepared kitchen project, in a homemade way.... and they bet on my idea not only idealizing it in a professional way, but providing excellent suggestions for improvement with the direct and exceptional performance mainly of Thais and Rodrigo, when necessary. The project was for medium term, installation after almost 7 months of elaboration and contract, so the confidence to deliver the dream in the hands of a company was fundamental, especially during the pandemic period in which unfortunately many planned furniture companies closed their doors. And that's how I felt from the first visit and contact, trust with the seriousness in dealing with the project, commitment to quick responses for any necessary adjustment, support-orientation during the necessary work before receiving the kitchen and finally, in the delivery and installation. from the kitchen! Everything exceptional! as arranged. I recommend Di Piacci! We are happy with the kitchen that is now just waiting for the granite to be installed for the last adjustments and debut.
