Bad carrier. Bad service. Absurd delay in deliveries. Excessive incompetence. Lack of professionalism of their managers. Never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no dia 13 de abril de um armário de cozinha a entrega estava prevista para o dia 11/05, dia 07/05 disseram que não estava achando o endereco, sendo que todos os produtos que eu comprei foram entregues, menos o armario, hoje já é dia 18/05 nada da entrega, não consigo entrar em contato com njnguem, liguei para loja que fiz a compra também não consegue respostas. Um descaso total!

Comprei um colchão pelo Shoptime com entrega prevista até dia 27 de dezembro, sendo que dia 02 de dezembro recebi uma notificação dizendo q o colchão já estava na transportadora em SP, pronto para envio para o RJ. Os dias foram passando e nada... faltando poucos dias para o prazo vencer, meu marido entrou em contato com o site q fez a venda, e o mesmo disse q tinha ocorrido uma "falha de comunicação" do vendedor com a transportadora. Disseram q o colchão chegaria no dia limite combinado. Dia 26 o colchão chegou na DIACOP RJ, e finalmente achamos q receberiamos no dia 27. Deu 27, 28, 29 e nada do Colchão chegar... meu marido entrou em contato novamente e deram o prazo até dia 30. E o q aconteceu dia 30? Nada! Entramos em contato novamente e deram novo prazo até hj dia 07. Já calejados ligamos para a transportadora e a mesma disse q não tinha nenhuma entrega nossa programada para hj! ??? Isso é um absurdo! Total falta de respeito. Depois qdo fecham as portas ficam se lamentando...
Pra mim não tem mais conversa. Vai ser processo mesmo pelo descaso com o consumidor e falta de respeito.
Terrible. I bought a mattress by Shoptime with delivery scheduled for December 27, and on December 2 I received a notification saying that the mattress was already in the carrier in SP, ready to ship to RJ. The days went by and nothing ... with a few days to go, my husband contacted the site that made the sale, and said that there had been a "communication failure" between the seller and the carrier. They said the mattress would arrive on the agreed deadline. On the 26th the mattress arrived at DIACOP RJ, and we finally thought we would receive it on the 27th. It gave 27, 28, 29 and nothing from the Mattress to arrive ... my husband contacted me again and gave the deadline until the 30th. And what happened day 30? Nothing! We contacted again and gave a new deadline until hj day 07. Alie callados call the carrier and the same said that had no delivery our scheduled for hj! ??? That's nonsense! Total lack of respect. After they close the doors they are whining ...
For me there is no more talk. It will be process even for the neglect of the consumer and lack of respect.
