★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora, o atendimento é muito bom, porém esperar 03h num lugar lotado isso em plena pandemia é inadmissível, isso pq foi hora marcada.
 A lot of delay, the service is very good, but waiting for 03:00 am in a crowded place, this in the middle of a pandemic is unacceptable, because it was an appointment.

Atendimento muito demorado, não me entregaram as imagens no dia pq estavam com um problema, posteriormente quando fui buscar (na data estipulada), não tinham minhas imagens! Fiquei lá esperando tempão. Não recomendo pra ngm, se forem fazer exames lá pensem duas vezes!
Just awful. Very long service, they didn't deliver the images to me on the day because they had a problem, later when I went to get it (on the stipulated date), they didn't have my images! I stayed there waiting a long time. I do not recommend it to anyone, if you are going to take exams there, think twice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de responsabilidade, tive de fazer o exame duas vezes por causa de falta de profissionalismo. Esperei mais de duas horas pelo resultado, o médico largou e fui perguntar sobre o resultado onde a irresponsável informou que havia saído há muito tempo. Horrível!!!!!
Lack of responsibility, I had to take the exam twice because of lack of professionalism. I waited more than two hours for the result, the doctor dropped out and I went to ask about the result where the irresponsible woman informed that she had left a long time ago. Horrible!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa marcou uma USG para 11:00. Mandaram SMS no dia remarcando para 11:25. Chegamos lá as 10:40 e depois de esperar muito deram uma previsão para 12:40. Já são 13:02 e nada resolvido. Um descaso. Pretendo nunca mais voltar. Péssimo atendimento.
My wife scored a USG for 11:00. They sent SMS on the day redialing to 11:25. We got there at 10:40 and after a long wait they gave us a forecast for 12:40. It's already 13:02 and nothing solved. A disregard. I mean to never come back. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento nos exames totalmente demorado, quase 3 horas de espera na unidade. O problema não é a quantidade de clientes, pq havia pouquíssimos é a demora para realizar os exames.
Attendance at the exams took a long time, almost 3 hours of waiting at the unit. The problem is not the number of customers, because there were very few, but the delay in taking the exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que o laboratório não tem compromisso com os clientes atendimento demoradissimo, uma única téc. Para o Raio-x, densidade óssea e mamografia. Melhorem ou saiam do mercado se o atendimento é assim quem me garante a qualidade dos exame?!
It seems that the laboratory does not have a commitment to customers with very long service, a single technician. For x-ray, bone density and mammogram. Improve or leave the market if the service is like that who guarantees the quality of the exams?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, não tenho nem palavras para classificar o descaso total com o cliente, falta profissionalismo e a ética passa longe, passei 20 minutos além do horário marcado, com dor e em jejum ouvindo gritos e palmas dos funcionários lá dentro, acho que comemoravam algo enquanto eu aguardava com dor e fome a boa vontade deles, a médica que fez o exame desconhece a palavra: ÉTICA, por isso deixa dúvidas na qualidade dos exames.NÃO RECOMENDO.
Horrible service, I don't even have words to classify the total disregard for the customer, lack of professionalism and ethics goes a long way, I spent 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time, in pain and fasting, hearing the screams and claps of the employees inside, I think they were celebrating something while I waited with pain and hunger for their goodwill, the doctor who took the exam doesn't know the word: ETHICS, so she leaves doubts about the quality of the exams. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção da DiagMax na parte dos exames laboratoriais analises clinicas é um atendimento péssimo. Quem estiver pensando em ir, se prepare pro chá de cadeira, leve travesseiro, fone de ouvido e carregador. É num mínimo 1h só pra falar com alguma atendente, mais 1h pra ela colocar seu nome na lista de fazer exame e mais 1h pra poder fazer. Fora que o resultado do exame não é confiável, fiz os exames lá e vou ter que repetir em outro laboratório.
Não recomendo pra ninguém, mas se insistir, boa sorte.
The service at the DiagMax reception in the laboratory tests and clinical analysis is a terrible service. If you are thinking of going, get ready for tea in a chair, bring a pillow, headphones and charger. It takes at least 1h just to talk to an attendant, another 1h for her to put her name on the exam list and another 1h to be able to do it. Apart from that the test result is not reliable, I did the tests there and I will have to repeat it in another laboratory.
I don't recommend it to anyone, but if you insist, good luck.
