★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje voltamos na clínica pela segunda vez para fazer a ultrassom da minha esposa só voltei porque nos indicaram a Dra Fernanda e agora super indico ela é uma ótima profissional e muito atenciosa ficamos bem tranquilos com o atendimento dela e com certeza vamos passar com ela novamente. Na primeira vez que passamos na clínica outra profissional nós atendeu e ficamos chateados com o atendimento e decidi procurar outra clínica por conta do que aconteceu e como falaram bem da Dra Fernanda voltamos ( ponto negativo também deveria ter gravação da ultrassom em pen drive )
Today we returned to the clinic for the second time to do the ultrasound of my wife, I only came back because they referred us to Dr. Fernanda and now I recommend that she is a great professional and very attentive. The first time we went to the clinic, another professional attended and we were upset with the service and I decided to look for another clinic because of what happened and as they spoke well of Dr. Fernanda, we returned (negative point there should also be an ultrasound recording on a pen drive)

I was super excited because it was my first mammogram. But to start with, the exam technique was perfect and polite and the reception was also very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço questão de deixar a minha avaliação, pois fui muito bem tratada pelas profissionais que realizarem meus exames, a Dra. Juliane que fez com muita cuidado e esclarecendo ao mesmo tempo os exames de USG assim como a Milena fez a minha mamografia sem eu sentir dor alguma, perfeitas! A clínica é realmente diferenciada, pois não é um grande laboratório e sim uma clínica especializada em USG e mamografia. Super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente maravilhoso!! O atendimento pelo whatsapp é impecável, inclusive com uma super paciência, já que meu exame precisou de autorização da Unimed para ser realizado, e mesmo assim ofereceram para fazer o agendamento para que eu não corresse o risco de perder o exame.
Chegando lá, novamente super bem atendida, tanto pela recepção quanto pela médica que fez o exame e explicou cada detalhe do que estava acontecendo. Me senti encantada e muito feliz de ter escolhido essa clínica, já que o exame que fiz são poucas na região que fazem, e as demais estão com péssimas avaliações no Google.
Just wonderful!! The service via whatsapp is impeccable, including super patience, since my exam needed authorization from Unimed to be carried out, and even so, they offered to make an appointment so that I wouldn't run the risk of missing the exam.
Arriving there, again super well attended, both by the reception and by the doctor who did the exam and explained every detail of what was happening. I felt delighted and very happy to have chosen this clinic, since the exam I took are few in the region they do, and the others have bad reviews on Google.

Por onde começar...
Estou um pouco atrasada nessa avaliação por conta das mil coisas pra resolver, mas não poderia deixar de vir aqui para poder agradecer a toda equipe e também ajudar outras mamães, que assim como eu, pesquisaram muito antes de decidir onde ir, nesse momento tão especial para nós.
Eu, como toda mãezona de primeira viagem, fiquei muito receosa quando meu médico pediu para fazer esse exame de forma particular. Fiz mil pesquisas e li atentamente cada comentário das clínicas e consultórios aqui no Google. Alguns estavam me desanimando e me deixando muito aflita pelo péssimo atendimento que estavam dando as mamães.
Até que encontrei a Diagnosis e foi a melhor experiência que eu poderia ter. Desde de o atendimento por telefone com a atendente que esclareceu todas as dúvidas que eu tinha, até o ótimo atendimento da Dra. Juliane que tão calma e delicadamente nos tratou no dia da consulta. Estou totalmente satisfeita e encantada com o atendimento dessa clínica.
E para você mamãe que, assim como eu, estava preocupada sobre o atendimento de qualidade. Eu indico de olhos fechados esse lugar.

I'm a little late in this evaluation because of the thousand things to solve, but I couldn't stop coming here to be able to thank the whole team and also help other moms, who, like me, researched a lot before deciding where to go, in this very special moment. for us.
I, like every first-time mom, was very apprehensive when my doctor asked to do this exam in a private way. I did a thousand searches and carefully read every comment from the clinics and offices here on Google. Some were discouraging me and making me very distressed by the poor service the mothers were giving.
Until I found Diagnosis and it was the best experience I could have. From the phone service with the attendant who clarified all the doubts I had, to the great service from Dr. Juliane who so calmly and delicately treated us on the day of the appointment. I am completely satisfied and delighted with the service provided by this clinic.
And for you mom who, like me, was worried about quality care. I recommend this place with my eyes closed.
