Compramos um apartamento, tentamos negociar o valor de menos de 10% para quitação e sequer tivemos um feed back da empresa, apesar de ter ido pessoalmente no local. Achei que o cliente foi tratado com desprezo. Resultado: Quitamos o imóvel para não dependermos desse tipo de atendimento.
 We did not have a good experience with the company. We bought an apartment, tried to negotiate less than 10% for repayment, and even had a company feed back, even though I personally went there. I thought the customer was treated with contempt. Result: We settled the property not to depend on this type of service.

Lousy experience !!! Terraco das Águas condominium wall fell in March 2020 and so far the construction company has not solved this situation! They show total neglect and the residents are totally insecure.

Construtora sem compromisso e irresponsável... muro do condomínio terraço das aguas construido por ela desabou e a quase 1 ano tentamos fazer com que ela facto reparo.. e tudo na “gArantia”

Grumpy attendants, after you provide service for this company, they don't answer you anymore, they make jokes over the phone and the worst, there's no one to solve this situation.
