★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um rapaz que sempre nos atende muito bem, com muita gentileza e presteza, porém já no dia seguinte tem uma outra jovem que parecem ser a dona do estabelecimento, cheia de requisitos e autoridade. Quase todos os dias, vamos almoçar lá, solicitando o cardápio antecipadamente ja para não haver problemas, mas, quase sempre essa jovem, que não sei o nome, nos deixa no vácuo , quanto as respostas etc. Sempre solicita o pagamento antecipado, pois está só no atendimento etc; enfim, falta um pouco de humildade e gentileza quanto ao seu atendimento etc. Costumo dizer que o atendimento deve ser padrão, jamais distinguindo um cliente do outro etc…sem excelência no que fazemos, não tem fazer sucesso no todo.
There is a young man who always serves us very well, with great kindness and promptness, but the next day there is another young woman who seems to be the owner of the establishment, full of requirements and authority. Almost every day, we go there for lunch, requesting the menu in advance so there are no problems, but almost always this young woman, whose name I don't know, leaves us in a vacuum, as for the answers, etc. Always asks for advance payment, because it is only in attendance etc; anyway, it lacks a little humility and kindness regarding your service etc. I usually say that the service must be standard, never distinguishing one client from the other etc… without excellence in what we do, there is no success at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento totalmente diferenciado e agradável! Não sei o nome da atendente, mas ela anotou meu pedido, perguntou meu nome (eu deveria ter perguntado o dela kk) e apenas chamava pelo meu nome, tornando o ambiente totalmente aconchegante. Nota 10 pra atendente e pra comida da casa tbm.
Totally different and pleasant service! I don't know the name of the attendant, but she took my order, asked my name (I should have asked hers kk) and just called my name, making the atmosphere totally cozy. Note 10 for the attendant and for the house food too.
