★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta loja de tintas tem uma boa localização na avenida Edgar Facó e com um bom estacionamento. Boa variedade de produtos com a qualidade das marcas conhecidas. Como sou um consumidor final senti falta de um atendimento mais caloroso, pois percebi que a maioria dos clientes são profissionais, mas mesmo assim este tipo de atendimento não desabona o local para fazer uma boa compra.
 This paint shop has a good location on Edgar Facó Avenue and with a good parking lot. Good variety of products with the quality of the well-known brands. As I am an end consumer I felt a lack of a more warm service because I realized that the majority of customers are professionals, but even so this type of service does not dissapoint the place to make a good purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 26/02 precisei trocar uma cor de tinta que comprei em 27/01 e não efetuaram a troca acusando limite de apenas 15 dias para troca. Sabe-se que obra as vezes são postergados alguns serviços devido ao mal tempo e como não usei a tinta de imediato então não soube que precisaria trocar. Infelizmente perderam um ou mais clientes devido a falta de interesse em ajudar. Produto seria trocado por outro e iria até comprar outros mas pelo mal atendimento não volto mais. Detalhe também que não informam sobre o limite de 15 dias na hora da compra.
On 02/26 I had to change a color of paint that I bought on 01/27 and they did not make the exchange accusing a limit of only 15 days for exchange. It is known that works sometimes postpone some services due to bad weather and as I did not use the paint immediately, I did not know that I would need to change it. Unfortunately they lost one or more customers due to a lack of interest in helping. Product would be exchanged for another and would even buy others but due to poor service I will not be back. Also note that they do not inform about the 15-day limit at the time of purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma pesquisa de locais próximos a mim para a compra de tinta e vista a boa avaliação, solicitei ao meu marido para passar nesse estabelecimento. No entanto, o atendente não teve a mínima paciência no atendimento, e ainda soltou alguns palavrões. Lamentável. Só tiquei uma estrela, pois o Google não permite avaliação sem estrelar o atendimento.
I did a search of places near me to buy paint and, given the good evaluation, I asked my husband to stop by this establishment. However, the attendant didn't have the slightest patience in the service, and even swears. Unfortunate. I only scored one star, as Google does not allow ratings without starring the service.

I'm in the painting business and I've been buying it at the store for about 2 years. Great prices, everyone in the store is good. I highly recommend it. I've even won a ladder with the store's loyalty program.
