Desmarcaram minha faxina 20 horas do dia 22/12, q seria p o outro dia ( perto do natal). As prestadoras são raras as que fazem o serviço bem feito, a maioria não trás a própria comida ( como eles informam que elas levam).
Não atendem ligação. E o plano é a maior furada, pq o valor acaba sendo mais alto. Pq tem promoção durante as semanas.
Não contratem p não ter estresse.
Awful. Lack of communication. Providers get lost on the route they send.
They canceled my cleaning at 20:00 on 12/22, which would be the other day (close to Christmas). Providers are rare those who do the service well, most do not bring their own food (as they say they do).
They don't answer the call. And the plan is the biggest hole, because the value ends up being higher. Because there's promotion during the weeks.
Don't hire to not have stress.
