★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nao reconendo a ninguém. Meu sofá com três meses de uso afundou o assento, estou há quatro meses tentando resolver o problema com a empresa. Eles me disseram que isso acontece normalmente com os produtos de outlet deles. Nunca imaginei que os moveis fossem descartáveis. Nao comprem aqui. Além da dor nas costas, ficarão com dor de cabeça.
Unfortunately, I don't recognize anyone. My sofa with three months of use sank the seat, I have been trying to solve the problem with the company for four months. They told me that this usually happens with their outlet products. I never imagined that the furniture was disposable. Don't buy here. In addition to the back pain, they will get a headache.

Deixei de comprar da Camainbox e Riflex pela net, me arrependi profundamente!
Não compro mais nada e não indico essa loja para ninguém!
We bought a retractable sofa and with less than 6 months the foam has already sunk, unfortunately bad quality.
I stopped buying Camainbox and Riflex online, I deeply regretted it!
I don't buy anything else and I don't recommend this store to anyone!

Fiz a compra de uma cama King Size em 02/07 e cerca de cinco dias de uso relatei que o box estava fazendo muitos barulhos e rangidos como uma cama velha. Pra minha surpresa informaram que o procedimento era retirar o box para conserto e depois devolvê-lo. Mesmo após este procedimento, continuou o problema e estou até agora 10/12 tentando trocar o box danificado pelo original. Lastimável o tempo de espera pelo valor alto pago pelo móvel sem a devida resolução do caso!
Unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired and I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this store. I purchased a King Size bed on 07/02 and about five days of use I reported that the box was making a lot of noise and creaking like an old bed. To my surprise, they informed that the procedure was to remove the box for repair and then return it. Even after this procedure, the problem continued and I am until now 10/12 trying to replace the damaged box with the original one. Regrettable the waiting time for the high value paid by the mobile without proper resolution of the case!
