★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito boa, ampla arejada, com estacionamento coberto com várias opções de caixas de pagamento, você consegue fazer a retirada do produto na mesma hora, super recomendo. Não deixo nada a desejar. Uma pena que não tem banco 24 horas.
 Very good store, spacious and airy, with covered parking with several payment box options, you can pick up the product at the same time, I highly recommend it. I leave nothing to be desired. Too bad there is no 24-hour bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou dando um ponto negativo mesmo ,sabe porque, não foi a primeira vez que vou no dicasa-vero-rio fazer compras de tintas e outro materiais e não ser atendida, por nem um vendedor,aquela seção de tintas e uma praça , estou com muita raiva porque todo vez que vou la tem bastante vendedor em altos papo rindo e falando palavrões , e mais todo tempo no celular até parece zumbi nem liga pra quem quer comprar ,pedir informação para um papaizinho de óculo com a camisa laranja nem me deu atenção nem ligou poxa pera lá né vamos, focar no trabalho ,da mais atenção ao cliente, nem bom dia se quer dão , pedir informação a moça de preto que fica no caixa cabelo liso não sei se ela não me ouvir ou me ignorou mesmo, poxa #dicaverorio vamos melhorar ,darem mais atenção ao cliente e não para os celulares #dicasaverorio não volto mais..

A fachada é bem imponente e fica no caminho de acesso ao Ver-O-Rio.
Estacionamento amplo, aparenta ainda estar em reforma.
Ponto a melhorar, não há bicicletário e o estacionamento ainda não está bem acabado.
Conversei com a gerente, Elizabeth Furtado, e pude conhecer mais a empresa e a proposta da Dicasa Umarizal.
Pontos positivos:
•Estacionamento amplo e coberto.
•Atendimento primoroso
•Excelente mix de produtos
•Lanchonete
•Loja ampla e muito aconchegante
Fiquei encantada com a área de lustres, pisos e chuveiros.
Super indico.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit Dicasa in the Umarizal neighborhood and I really liked the new store.
The facade is very imposing and is on the access road to Ver-O-Rio.
Ample parking, appears to be still under renovation.
Point to improve, there is no bike rack and parking is not well finished.
I talked to the manager, Elizabeth Furtado, and got to know more about the company and Dicasa Umarizal's proposal.
Strengths:
• Ample and covered parking.
• Exquisite service
• Excellent product mix
•Cafeteria
• Large and very cozy store
I was delighted with the area of chandeliers, floors and showers.
I highly recommend.
