★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha moto para a revisão de 1000km, agendei para 8h da manhã, 12h15 a moto não estava pronta. A minha moto que foi comprada 0km, simplesmente veio quebrado o encaixe dos botões de pisca, e o atentende simplesmente disse que a garantia vai ser negada. O pior pós venda que eu já tive. Infelizmente fui optar por yamaha, nessa concessionária ainda, e estou profundamente arrependido.
I left my bike for the 1000km overhaul, I booked for 8am, 12:15pm the bike wasn't ready. My motorcycle, which was bought 0km, simply came out with a broken buttonhole, and the attendant simply said that the warranty will be denied. Worst post sale I've ever had. Unfortunately, I opted for yamaha, at this dealership, and I am deeply sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles vão te anteder bem até tu comprar a moto, depois vira um caos, sem suporte, péssimo atendimento, ficam te fazendo esperar, TODA HORA UMA DESCULPA DIFERENTE SE VOCÊ QUISER FAZER DA SUA VIDA UM CAOS E SÓ TER DOR DE CABEÇA, COMPRE NA TERRANEW, encontrei outros clientes da loja e ninguém recomenda e todo mundo se arrependendo. O pós venda deles é o pior que eu já vi na vida, horrível.
They will help you until you buy the bike, then it becomes chaos, without support, bad service, they keep you waiting, ALL THE TIME A DIFFERENT EXCUSE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A CHAOS AND JUST HAVE A HEADACHE, BUY AT TERRANEW, I found other shoppers and no one recommends it and everyone regrets it. Their after-sales service is the worst I've ever seen in my life, horrible.
