DESDE O ATENDIMENTO Á PRODUÇÃO.
Atendimento de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, sem responsabilidade com o cliente, com duas palavras e uma enrolação fora do comum. Sendo que os funcionários são os primeiros, e quando tentei contato com os donos afim de esclarecer a situação e amenizar o desgaste, são piores.
NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM.
ELES NÃO SOUBERAM COMO ESTAVA O CELULAR E PRA FINALIZAR NÃO QUERIAM DEVOLVER O APARELHO. SÓ ENTREGOU MEU CELULAR DEPOIS QUE ACIONEI O MEU MARIDO, QUE FOI ATÉ A LOJA E IMPÔS A DEVOLUÇÃO DO CELULAR. POIS COMO SOU MULHER, ELES ESTAVAM DIFICULTANDO A ENTREGA. DECEPCIONADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor QUALITY service, without responsibility to the customer, with two words and an unusual twist. Since the employees are the first, and when I tried to contact the owners in order to clarify the situation and ease the wear and tear, they are worse.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW THE MOBILE WAS, AND TO FINALIZE, THEY WANTED NOT TO RETURN THE DEVICE. I ONLY DELIVERED MY MOBILE PHONE AFTER THAT I ACTIVATED MY HUSBAND, THAT WAS TO THE STORE AND IMPOSED THE MOBILE RETURN. BECAUSE AS I AM A WOMAN, THEY WERE HARDING DELIVERY. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
