O pedido não chegou.
Fiz o pedido às 11h da manhã com previsão máxima de chegada às 12h15. São 16h e meu pedido ainda não chegou. Liguei inúmeras vezes. Ficaram de mandar o contato do motoboy, e mandaram do motoboy errado. Pararam de atender meus telefones, quando não atendiam e simplesmente desligaram na minha cara. Estou até agora sem respostas. Sem saber o que aconteceu. Uma tremenda falta de respeito e compromisso com o cliente. Insatisfação total.

The order has not arrived.
I placed the order at 11 am with a maximum arrival date at 12:15 pm. It's 4 pm and my order hasn't arrived yet. I called countless times. They were supposed to send the motorcycle courier's contact information, and they sent it from the wrong courier. They stopped answering my phones when they didn't and just hung up on me. So far I have no answers. Not knowing what happened. A tremendous lack of respect and commitment to the customer. Total dissatisfaction.
