A atendente pediu para enviar os comprovantes via WhatsApp para comprovação, mas não respondem as minhas mensagens sobre o fato, ignoraram todas. Infelizmente preferem resolver na justiça e terem um prejuízo muito maior.
Terrible attendance. They sent me a burnt pizza, I opened the complaint, but they still took it from my card. The attendant asked to send the vouchers via WhatsApp for verification, but they did not answer my messages about the fact, they ignored them all. Unfortunately they prefer to settle in court and have a much greater loss.
